Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Precision Designs Agency. By engaging our services, you confirm acceptance of these terms in full.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due as agreed in writing before project commencement. Final deliverables, access credentials, and domain transfers are released only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. If Precision Designs Agency cancels the project for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued to the client. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Project Timeline
Estimated delivery is 7–21 working days from deposit receipt and submission of all required content. Delays resulting from incomplete or late content submission by the client will extend the timeline accordingly.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, and approvals required for the project. This includes logos, business details, written content, and timely feedback at each stage. Precision Designs Agency will not be held responsible for errors, delays, or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late client input.
Scope of Work
All projects are delivered as outlined in the agreed proposal. Any work outside the original scope will be quoted and approved separately before commencement. Verbal requests do not constitute approved changes.
Revisions
Graphic design projects — including posters, logos, and letterheads — include up to 3 revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be quoted and charged accordingly. Revisions required due to errors made by Precision Designs Agency will be corrected at no additional cost.
Monthly Support Tiers
Monthly support subscriptions are billed at month-end. A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel a monthly subscription. Non-payment may result in suspension of services. Reinstatement following suspension may incur an additional fee.
SEO & Search Rankings
We implement industry-standard SEO best practices. However, search engine rankings are not guaranteed. Ranking outcomes are influenced by Google's algorithms, industry competition, and factors beyond our control.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns all website content, photography, and design assets produced for their project. Precision Designs Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project details, pricing, and sensitive business information shared during the engagement confidential. This does not apply to portfolio use as outlined under Ownership above.
Limitation of Liability
Precision Designs Agency is not liable for loss of revenue, business disruption, or third-party platform changes affecting delivered work. Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
